Rites of Spring will officially begin on Wednesday,
May 26th, and end on Monday, May 31st.
Please see the Table below for the rates and registration deadlines.
You can apply for Rites of Spring online and receive quick confirmation via e-mail. We use PayPal, a secure environment where you can pay with your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account for this.
You can also pay with a check or money order when applying online. You will receive an e-mail containing your registration number. Be sure to write this number on your check or money order so that we can mark you "Paid" and confirm your registration. Then mail your payment to us at the address below. Payment must be received by the deadline stated, or you will be charged the rate for the later deadline.
Registration has closed for Rites of Spring 2010. Please telephone our office at 413-238-4240 by May 21 if you have any questions or last-minute changes.
REMINDER Credit Card Charges: credit card payments will not be processed
without a valid signature, if you mail in the form your application will be held
up without that signature.
We have made it easier for all by having a PDF of the registration form
to print. You will need the Acrobat Reader to open the form. If you don't have

Please note the arrival times. Arrival and registration will be open only from 1 pm until 10 pm Wednesday and a very limited number of Friday night arrivals will be possible between the hours of 6 pm and 10 pm. This allows us to provide some flexibility while minimizing confusion.
Advance registration is required for Rites of Spring. No one will be admitted at the gate who has not pre-registered. You can register online using the above link, or by mailing either the form included in the printed booklet or the PDF on this website or by sending the form by fax.
This year, though some costs have increased again, we have found it possible not to raise registration rates. We are happy that we continue to be able to
hold our prices at a reasonable level because of wonderful community participation
in the day to day running of the event and by the donations of time and expertise
by our workshop presenters and staff. You will find the rates and deadlines for
registration in the table below.
We have staggered registration rates to encourage early registration. Application
forms must be postmarked by the date indicated to be eligible for that rate.
Weekend registrations have one flat rate. Choose your registration
option on the application form and enter the correct fee in the
"total amount" space.
Please note that the Village Builders option is only for previous attendants of Rites of Spring who are committed to participating fully. Arrival for Village Builders is open Monday from 11-2pm
There is a registration fee only for the first two children 5 and up per family.
For the third or more child, or children under 5, enter FREE under registration
option; you must still purchase meals plans for all children 5 years and older. Note:
a parent must be on the meal plan in order to have a child on the meal plan.
We ask that each adult (over age 16) fill out a separate form.
Make additional copies of the PDF, but be sure that all registrants
have read all of the information on this Rites of Spring section
of the website
Please note that the Village Builders option is only for previous attendants of Rites of Spring who are committed to participating fully and want to be part of the additional two days of Village Builders Assembly.
Important - Registration and Refund Policies
- All mailed or faxed applications must be postmarked by May 12. 2010. On-line applications with paypal will be accepted until May 15, 2010 midnight.
- Credit Card fax registration 413-238-7785
- Credit Card Phone Registration is available at 413-238-4240, please leave
a message on the voice mail with a return phone number.
- Credit card payment must be for the full amount - no deposits will be accepted.
- All balances must be received by May 8th.
- All exceptions made for "last minute registrations" after May 8th will be
charged a fee of $25.
- All returned checks will be assessed a service fee of $20.
- Requests for refunds will be considered if received in writing on or
before May 8. Requests received before April 20 are eligible for either cash
or credit toward another Tamelin Productions event. Requests received between
April 20 and May 8 will be eligible for credit only.
- All refunds will be assessed a $25 processing fee.
- We cannot accept requests for refunds over the telephone, and no exceptions
to the deadlines can be made.
All adult members of EarthSpirit may deduct a $10 member discount.
