Our new site, The Holyoke Hotel, is just ten miles south of our previous location - closer to the Mass. Turnpike (I-90). It is right off I-91 next to the Ingleside Mall. It has a lovely sunny atrium, a game room, workout room and bar as well as very nice hotel rooms and suites that are quite reasonable priced. The Community/Merchant Room is larger and more accessible than at our previous venue and we will have the use of several workshop spaces all on the same hallway. (The indoor pool and whirlpool are, unfortunately, under renovation at this time, so we can't promise them for this year -- but we can hope...)
There is a Friendly's restaurant inside the hotel and a number of good dining options nearby. In addition, the hotel will provide a continental breakfast option - bagels, pastries, juice, coffee and teas - for our participants, as well as a special Welcome Buffet supper on Friday night. You will need to purchase tickets for these catered meals in advance and may do so on your registration application form.
Currently, a block of rooms is being held for attendees to A Feast of Lights at a group rate of $79 per night. To reserve one, call the Hotel at 413-534-3311. Make your reservations before January 15 and you'll be guaranteed this discounted conference rate.

This year we will again try to help reduce your expenses by connecting people seeking roommates at the hotel, and by trying to connect people looking for or offering local hospitality. If you want to offer a bed or find one, please register early and, if you use online registration, be sure to include this information in the section. First come, first served - no guarantees!
Full weekend registration for A Feast of Lights includes admission to daily programs and performances and the Community Room throughout the weekend, beginning at noon on Friday and ending at 4:00pm on Sunday, including a ticket to the Stag King's Masque.
Single day passes are available each day, providing admission to the Merchant Hall, social activities and workshops for that day only. Single day registration does not include a ticket for the Masque.
Tickets for the Masque alone are also available.
You do not have to be attending the weekend to purchase tickets for the Masque. The Community Room will be open to everyone from 7pm - 9pm on Saturday night, so you can visit the merchants even if you are only attending for the Masque.
If you can't register for the whole weekend, consider coming for just Saturday and participating in the Masque, or coming for the Stag king's Masque and then registering for the day on Sunday.
We ask for your awareness that A Feast of Lights registration is not just about attending workshops, but is about connecting with the community that grows around the gathering as well. Please register for the event if you intend to be on site for all or part of the weekend, and suggest the same to your friends.

Rates:
- Weekends, including the Stag King's Masque $100 ($120 at the door)
- Saturday single day (Masque not included) $60
- Friday or Sunday single day: $40
- Children (ages 3-16) half price of the above rates with an adult registration
- Saturday continental breakfast: $8.95 - bagel and spreads, pastries, juices coffee, tea (tax and tip included)
- Sunday continental breakfast: $8.95
- Friday evening Welcome Buffet; 7-8 pm: $31.95 per person (tax and tip included), $12 for "kids meal" ( Includes appetizer, choice of entrees, salads, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages)
- Ticket to Stag King's Masque only $15 in advance or $18 at the door
(separate tickets for the Masque are not needed with full Weekend registration)
The deadline for pre-registration by mail, on-line, phone or fax is January 15, 2012.
After this time registrations will be accepted at the door at the rate of $120.
Refund Policy: 50% refund for requests received in writing before January 15, 2012.
