The town of Northampton has much to offer as a location for this event, with
wonderful restaurants, shops, cultural events and museums ---
even skiing is nearby.
Our site, The Clarion Hotel, is right off I-91 and less than
a mile from the center of town. It has all of the amenities one
would hope for, including an enclosed and sky-lit pool.
Currently, a block of rooms is being held for attendees to A Feast of Lights. The hotel has lowered their rates for us this year to $85 per night! To reserve one, call the Hotel at 1-800-582-2929. Make your reservations before January 15 and you'll be guaranteed a discounted conference rate.
This year we will again try to help reduce your expenses by connecting people seeking roommates for the hotel and by trying to connect people looking for or offering local hospitality. If you want to offer a bed or find one, please register early and, if you use online registration, be sure to include this information in the "notes" section. First come, first served - no guarantees!
General registration for A Feast of Lights includes admission to daily programs and performances and the community hall throughout the weekend, beginning at noon on Friday and ending at 4:00pm on Sunday, including a ticket to the Stag King's Masque.
Single day admissions are available for Saturday only, providing admission to the Merchant Hall as well as to the workshops for one day. Single day registration does not include a ticket for the Masque.
Tickets for the Masque alone are also available. You
do not have to be attending the weekend to purchase tickets for
the Masque. The Merchant Hall will be open to Masque-only ticket-holders
as well, from 6pm - 9pm pm on Saturday.
We ask for your awareness that A Feast of Lights registration is not just about attending the workshops, but is about connecting with the community that grows around the gathering as well. Please register for the event if you intend to be on site for all or part of the weekend, and suggest the same to your friends.
The hotel restaurant is not open for lunch, so we offer sandwich lunches on both Saturday and Sunday. These meals are available only by pre-registration.

- Weekends, including the Stag King's Masque $100
- Weekend children (3-16) $50
- Saturday single day (Masque not included) $60
- Saturday children - ages 3-16

- Saturday sandwich lunch - vegetarian or turkey: $15.95
- Sunday sandwich lunch ˆ mushroom or roast beef $15.95 (for weekend participants only)
- Ticket to Stag King's Masque only $15 in advance or $18 at the door
(separate tickets for the Masque are not needed with full Weekend registration)
The deadline for pre-registration by mail, on-line, phone or fax is January 15, 2010.
After this time registrations will be accepted at the door with an additional charge for adults of $20.
Refund Policy: 50% refund for requests received in writing before January 15, 2010. NO refunds after that date
